i've seen a folder called light effects in k800i/k810i, what will it change if i put it in my phone???

Cold Fusion is absolutely correct. The lighteffects is responsible for ur keypad's lighting operation e.g. when you put the charger in you'll see its function. Mainly used by K800 users converting to K810.
