I have had no problems playing mp4 files on my w960i

i used M3 to convert my avi-files with the p990 preset and 40% sharpen, looks awsome.

if you can't play it in the video player, they must be wrong format or badly converted.

Do you have DHCP? or static ip/dns on your router? if not dhcp you will have to enter the settings by your self ofcorse.

haven't had any problems with movies nor Wlan. read the manual?

@donchente
If you've encoded using H.264 they won't work. Use XviD MPEG-4 codec instead.

Although it's commercial software, I find Nero Recode works very well for the W960i.

You can easily adjust the bitrate, and you simply select iPod video from the settings. It will then go off and do multiple videos at once, or convert a non-protected DVD.
