Ok, look differences in k800 and k850 screen. in k850 colors are dark, and on k800 is lighter and clearer. i test this on game Deep 3d. i hope that is firmware bug

My K850i screen tends to show 'white' as 'yellowish'. It's hardware-related I'm sure. My old K800 and K810 were far sharper. They showed 'white' as 'white!..

k850 screen is sharper, clearer, brighter, etc

one thing that must be done is to compare their dispdrivers and probably a benchmark test would shed some light too. both screens are tft 256k colours.
