Is it possible to get bashing sim cards meaning getting free texts or calls, getting the sim cards in the UK.

Is just say for example O2 there network is bashing you have a sim card that is bashing and you get free texts and mins i was out few years ago, wondering if people still have them

Do you mean sim cards that have been modified via a computer with a special sim card reader? If so then no, not really. The UK mobile networks cottoned on to it years ago and put measures in place to stop it happening.

That's not to say that it isn't still possible in theory and you can indeed still buy these illegal card readers on the web, but I haven't heard of it happening or seen any illegal sim cards for sale for a long, long time.
