I just wanted to know why the software upgrade would be better.
what does it come with?
what more will I be able to do?

Well, you see it's like this: No fone is perfect when it comes out. Deadlines have to be met. Which is why sometimes fone firmware might contain errors (bugs) e.g. K850 when it comes out. The manufacturer then releases updates (fixes) from time to time to improve the operation of the fone and in so doing ensure it's stays compatible with modern (or our) requirements until they decide it's time for you to buy there new fone (that's probably full of bugs again). This is a vicious cycle. Remember windows millenium: Bill simply told his programmers to lift their pens and release one of most stupid OS's to date. It was a profit making scheme. Hope this helps!

Basically a firmware update fixes ( we hope ) the bugs that people find / report when using the phone.
No phone's software is perfect when its launched to the public.
Dont expect any new features as there is hardly any added but do expect bugs fixed.
If your phone is working ok then I wouldnt bother updatting it.
