wipe of the access blood and hold your cut down with a dry (lint free) cloth for a few minutes and that should heal up the cut and stop the bleeding.

Do you mean hemophiliacs? They take medication on a daily basis to stabalise the condition, don't they

I fail to see how a diabetic would be mortally wounded through a shaving cut? Unless he falls face-first into a bowl of sugar, I suppose...
