i CANT get arid of this program! it keeps, somehow... Re-installing itself
i use avast and this seems to scan every day at 3:00pm
i dont know how many times ive uninstalled this!!

Remove Norton Tool
EDIT: Is this the free Norton scanner that gets installed with certain free games and apps? Hijack this is best for getting rid of that.

No, you can get rid of it...
Is it in your startup folder? Or in msconfig? There's a free one going about, I nearly installed the bloody thing by accident the other day. I think it comes with flash or shockwave player but I can't remember.

Well, next time it comes up try to find out which version it is. Then download the relevant removal tool from the link I gave you earlier.
If there isn't one, we might be able to get rid of it using hijack this.
