What is FOTA? Where can i get it?

it means updating your firmware using the data connection on your phone.
you either have this option in your phone or you don't
if you do, it will be in the settings menu in the general tab and named "update service" (or similar)

Thanks. How can i get new firmware using it. I used my phone's feature-settings/ general/software update. It downloads the update but fails to install it.

when things fail they almost always give an error message.
its always worth mentioning the error message so that you can get better help

When it compelets downloading, it starts to install it and restarts the phone. Then it shows- 'Failed to install the upgrade. The error will be sent to the server.' nothing else.

So, it transfers datas via - GPRS
