> R380s synchronising problems

I have a R380s with
Phone:000807 1635 CXC112146 R1A06
Organiser: 000823 2053 CXC112159/6 R1A07
I am unable to synchronise my entire contact list with my PC. Only a few contacts are synchronised with my PC, the rest of them dont synchronise at all. I am using Windows XP Home and Outlook 2002 and Lotus Organiser 5.0

are you using a cable or IR between the phone and your computer?
it might be a good idea to get your phone upgraded to the latest firmware..

I am using RS-232 serial data cable which cam e with the R380s.
I have already contacted the service center regarding the upgrade. I will be giving my phone for upgrade on the 26th and it will be with then for a week. What I wanted to know was whether it the PC software problem or a phone software problem, becuase my phone used to synchronise all the contacts before. My R30 communication suite version is 1.7 and product id is CXC 112 1671 R1S
