as far as I know Esato is hosted on a webhotel, meaning the IP might not be unique for just the Esato site, but
www.esato.com points to 81.27.33.7

ehh... IP for all websites? that's many IP addresses to collect... By accessing the site through the IP doesn't guarantee you to come to esato.com. If the site is hosted on a webhotel, they might have security/gateway solutions that result in many addresses pointing to the same IP, in that case you must use the URL (www.esato.com) in order to access the site.
But I don't really se the need of having the IP address to the site, using
www.esato.com guarantee you that you always come to the right place.

This site will tell you the IP address of any registered and active site:
http://whois.domaintools.com/
Although as Cytech says, if a site is hosted on a shared server then it's IP address may not be unique to that site.
