my phone works but the screen light doesn't come on. the keypad lights up but the screen back light doesn't.
i can get the screen light to come on by pressing the screen in at just above the menu button and the screen lights up however after i stop pressing it it turns off again or sometimes it stays on for a while without me pressing it but whenever i use the menu c or 3 button it turns off.
can anybody help?
