Hi i currently came accross this person and i was just wondering if anyone has bought a phone here?

its in Romania. Currently selling p800 for 400 USD. Is it a good deal?

Check the threads but you won`t get one for $400 as $800 is more likely, your alot better off waiting till just after xmas when the dust has settled, buy one in a shop,it`s much better.

webwatcher and there's nuthing i can to try and educate him now (ur parents and school should've taken care of that some years back).the sell at 400$ is probably a rip off but to say that a whole country ripps u off,that's offending.but again,u'll b that one losing by being short-sighted and prejudist.
