I haven't personally, but was chatting with a friend only last week and the same happened to her. paypal closed her acc once she'd received just over £650 from selling bits and bobs around her home. she was accused of money laundering and struggled to get her money back. apparently it took months and she said paypal were both rude and v unhelpful in the matter.
best to transfer your funds – quickly!

so they take the money from you?
They have bank details and everything! so they can just take money off you if you don't upgrade your account?
Is that legal?

I had that a couple of years ago. Gave them the info they wanted and my account continued as it had before without any trouble.

Im sure this happened to me you have so much digits and everytime you use PayPal these Digits decrease,
when I used up my digits I had a email telling me something similar like that all I did was give them Bank Details and stuff and it took a week or so from there to sort.
I think I got the message within 6 Months used ebay way to much when I found it

do you have a sellers account (you have to apply for it) or just a normal account?
maybe that makes a big difference?
