Hi all
I just got a k850i - I really love it, except when I place a call there is a VERY noticable hiss in the earpiece. I can still hear and carry on a conversation, but all during the call there is a hiss in the background (like white noise). I don't think this is a carrier thing, as my old Moto V360 has no hiss at all (I'm on GSM by the way, not using 3G). I've seen that some people have had problems with SEs and hiss during music playback - this is different, though, as it's through the earpiece and during calls.
Is there any way to fix this??? I have a few days left to return it, and while I LOVE the phone other than this, the hiss is rather annoying.
Any (quick help would be REALLY appreciated.

Possible that the phone might have a faulty Speaker (did you drop it)?
