hi there.

I was playing a game on my phone, then had to switch it off quickly. I tried to turn it on again and it only went to the start up screen then did nothing, so i turned it off, took the battery out, waited, switched it back on, but it came up with 2 white screens of deaths

I have absolutely no idea how to fix it, The warranty ran out 2 months ago. sucky.

when i connect my phone to my laptop, i use the program My Phone Explorer...if that helps.

Could someone kindly explain to me in simple terms how to fix my phone?

then, i think you need to flash your phone.

no red blinking light in the infrared port?

no, it only gave me 2 white screens then nothing. no LED or red lights anywhere.

how do i flash my phone? i tried the link in this thread, but it doesnt really help

the drivers dont get installed properly

ok have tried xs++ and it just says "Failed open". wotan server wont work either....any ideas please?

Go to an SE service center and pay to have it re-flashed. It cant be that expensive.

Of course XS++ will not work if the drivers are not well installed!
to install them put the SE CD in your PC then turn-off the K800,plug the USB cable and press C button on the K800,windows should ask for the drivers then let it take them from the CD.
To flash it you need the Main and FW files about 20mb each of course be sure about the language pack!! It sounds difficult but in reality it's quick and easy
