Had prob aftre prob with this phone and now onto my third which also failed, when trying to get into messages it said operation failed. I have regularly been checking se website and am pleased to say that a new software version released 05/01/08 is now available that has solved the problem. The version I have installed is r1da038 for T-mobile but other networks should be available also. Good luck folks, in theory this should be a great phone once all bugs are ironed out.
