Hi, recently i have had a configuration error on my k800i, after taking it to be fixed and installed with the latest updates it no longer plays mp3s or and sound, it does how ever project sound when on a call !!! could this be anything to do with the update and is there any way of fixing it ??? help please

it wasnt a shop per say, more of a market type, but everything works fine bar the sound, if i master reset will i lose number saved to my phone, because it took me ages to put them all back on ??

well, u can make backup on the sim card, m2 or on the pc. u should go then back to the shop asap and tell them whats up. sg gone wrong, if it wasnt present before the upgrade, the shop is responsable

I reset it but still no sound. however when some1 rang me it played a little bit of sound after a couple of seconds ringing, any idea what could be wrong

So you have 1 of 2 problems.
1st. You have your acoustic drivers deleted or moved. That would be bad because you'll have to learn a lot to fix this.
2nd.maybe you have patch. Try to make a folders other/se/acoustic in your phone memory. Than download one of peter's acoustic packs(you'll find them in this forum) and copy all files into that folder. Than restart your phone. Ask a question if you don't understand something because i will go
