can you help me sir why i cannot play games...the error its operation failed.....i just simple to delete using master reset.....and how to fix this error...

if the game is installed on the memory stick,try to format it and install the game again,
this problem is caused by the quality of memory stick sometimes too,so you can change another memory stick to confirm where is the problem

I sometimes get that too. I just restart my phone, and usually its okay. Otherwise, you'd better hope it's a game you don't play that often...
