Nokia's E90, N82, N93, N93i and all variants of N95 all record near-DVD quality video (VGA at 30 fps) with good sound quality. But of those only N82 and the N95s does 5MP. None of SE's phones shoot anything better than at most QVGA.
If I had to choose a camera phone (and not a digital camera), I would probably have chosen the 3MP N93i as it also has 3x optical zoom. The extra megapixels of the N82 and N95 doesn't add much. None of these CMOS based camera phones produce good enough photos to print larger than 4x6.
(As it is now I would rather go for a cheap phone and a good pocket-sized digital camera that can also record high quality video, like Canon's PowerShot series.)

@AbuBasim
Just because the videos are at VGA resolution, doesn't mean that the quality is good. That's the same with the mega pixel race, where the myth goes "the more, the better". Anyhow, the Nokias do perform good with regards to video recording, but it's far from excellent and even further from the so called "near DVD-quality".
K850 is in my opinion the best camera phone out there at the moment and it's also the cheapest compared to the Nokia offerings.
