I am having a problem where PC Suite loses connection to my phone and won't reconnect. This happens with both cable and Bluetooth, although these days I am mostly using Bluetooth.

If I choose the "How to connect" wizard it finds the phone and shows it as already paired but when I click "Next" it says "No connected phone found". The only solution I have found to this is to reboot.

Does anyone know either:

a) How to completely shuit down PC Suite and all its related processes and restart them (exiting the PC Suite app doesn't do the trick and epmworker.exe seems to be involved here somehow)

b) An alternative solution to the problem - restarting the phone and the Bluetooth device don't work
