I just got a t68i and can't get it to select the full-size background image so I can download and save it. I thought maybe I just didn't know how to do it so I had a friend with the same phone try it on his, and it doesn't work for him either. Is there something wrong with esato's site, or is this an AT&T problem?

I have an at&t t68i and have the same problems too. I can see the full size image when I select the Download link, however I can't select the image to save. My friend has the t68m with cingular doesn't seem to have any problems though.

i think you have to hit the options (little blue button under "yes") and then scroll down to "save" and hit yes. i don't have a problem when i do it and i have a t68i with AT&T

When I do hit the Option button, the Save Picture option is grayed out.

It sounds like you have a T68is... AT&T has released a T68i with different software, it will restrict all free downloads and ringtones(in your case backgrounds). Its their way of trying to sqeeze more money out of us.

What do you mean it restricts all free downloads and ringtones? I've been able to get ringtones and other background images just fine...just not from esato.

I have at&t phone, exact same prob, cannot save pics...

BUT, if u have a pic you want on your phone, upload it as a screensaver, not a logo, and then you can save it via alternative d'ld, presto!

just found this out, omg it made me so happy!
