Hi,
My young naive son thought he would be able to update the k750 firmware to the w800 firmware, just by using SEUS.

And now the phone doesn't work anymore.
If i put the battery charger in it, it just flashes with some white screens, if I put my computer USB cable in it, nothing happens, and if I try to turn it on, well, nothing happens as well.
However, sometimes, it shakes, shows a white screen, and goes of again..

I already tried to update the firmware with the SEUS to the normal K750 firmware, but at 10% or something, it failed..

Help?
What should I do to make the K750 work again?

And sorry if my english has some mistakes, I'm Dutch ;-)

EDIT:
I've been searching in the forum, and I found, that 100% of battery was needed..
Well, it didn't had 100% battery.
My son said, that he had read somewhere, that 80%+ was good too, and according to his information, the battery was 81% charged.
Also, the sim card was still in the phone..

Has this action been fatal?
Or can I still fix it for him?

you still can fix it. as the firmware upgrade went wrong. you have more methods to fix it.

you can use third party softwares as xs++, setool, far manager.

Thanks!
But one question, like I mentioned before, my son wants the w800 firmware on it..
Am I able to do it with the XS++ software?

Because, after some research, I found out that with DaVinci or something, you will have to pay some money for it...
So it would be too good to be true if it is able with XS++...

EDIT:
I'm reading the link you gave me...
And this person says something like GDFS..
That I'll have to restore it.
Where can I find this "Backup"?
Since I didn't make one..

And another question:
My battery is not full charged, and I'm afraid that I can't charge it anymore before I restore my firmware, because of the flashing white screen on my phone when I plug my battery charger in it..
Is this any problem?

hi

xs++ is for free. no need to pay a penny. you just need a w800 firmware. regarding the gdfs, you have to make a back up in case the flashing wont turn out successfully.

about the battery, aint there another phone around(w800, w810 or another k750)?

Dont think so... But I'll look...
Does it has to be 100%?
Because my son said he had read somewhere that like 80%+ was good enough...

But, can I still restore my phone's firmware since I don't have the GDFS backup?

if you do it fast there wont be no problem. i've flashed a phone with ~20% battery charge.

the gdfs is not in the firmware. i think i'll have to get a firmware for you. do you know what CID the phone is?

at least you can get the usbflash driver and xs++ from the link above. why dont you run the xs and discover what cid your phone is.
