> Need help with my t68i (cursor not working)

Once in a while, when I play ERIX everything freeze up. The ball would move and when I touch my joystick the screen freeze up. I can get out of the game by using NO. I try to get into the game by using RESUME and the same thing happens when I touch my joystick. I can start up a new game but the same thing happens too. The only way I learn is to do a master rest. Amazon.com is keep on sending me a another T68i to make me happy, but we all know this is an software problem.
Could someone help me. Master reset is not that fun.
