We all know that bugs are annoying. They stand in our way of getting to what we want to do in the least effort possible. Usually they're programming errors that the user has to get around in order to complete their tasks.
But what about improvement of the things that do work but still need some adjusting to become that much better? I'll give you a couple of examples;

Making phone calls; I'd like to be able to make a phone call with some sort of shortcut other than the ones being used atm. There's a huge difference between the phone I owned before this one (Z600) and the one I currently own (W960i) and that is the 4-way controller and center button. With the controller, all I needed to do was to push down once and I was in my address book. Now I have to click the shortcut button in the main window and then click the address book. Somehow I see room for improvement in some way. I know you can use the second way of presenting the shortcut bar in the main window, but my center of interest apart from making calls is the Walkman, and the Walkman-centered shortcut bar style fits me more than the more traditional one.

The UI; Make every application able to be closed with an 'x' in the upper right corner of the window. Apart from games which shouldn't be forced to folow this rule, I can only see benefits, if nothing else to tighten the UI's interface up. Make it more consistent.

SMS contact selection; When you click the field for selecting what contact to send an SMS to, you get the alternatives to type it in by hand or you have the option to click the drop-down menu to get to your contacts. Now, wouldn't it be even more user friendly if you could click the entire field instead of just the "To: " text and that tiny arrow? That would make navigating by hand even easier.

Well, that's a couple of things I've thought about that could improve the user experience a bit. What's on your wishlist?
