Hello. My phone has recently stopped displaying the 'activity menu' when I receive a text message. Instead, all that appears is the envelope symbol at the top of the screen.
I have tried changing the 'new alert' setting from 'Pop-up' to 'Activity Menu' and vica versa
How can I resolve this? Thankyou

Hi, what phone model do you have? It sounds like a firmware bug. Personally never encountered that problem with my K610 or any W810, K750 or W800 that i've used...

if you can't find any other explanation, though it's a bit drastic, a master (or settings) reset ought to fix it.

Wht is the firmware u have?.
Try to update your firmware with SEUS, even if it says u have the newest firmware. it will solve ur problem.
