Hi
Does anybody use the dialog 3g superline in sri lanka?
Im having a problem with mine where my network goes down very often and i have to select the network manually. This happened in both my k800i and k810i. I complained to dialog but no use.
Is it something to do with phone settings? Or is it something else? Please help!

Well about Sri lankan mobile services....

The first in South Asia to
Introduce SMS
GPRS
MMS
Mobile streaming
3G video calls
Colour SMS

and the recent 3.5G HSPA with download speed of 7.2 mbps

We got them all first in South Asia !(even before the indians)

What else you want dude?

Thats really impressive. Not at the risk of sounding rude, its much harder to implement 3G here in India because of the cut throat competition. Its really pathetic that we're still only at the stage of issuing Licenses. Government apathy, red tapism.. call it what you want but I guess it would be a tad easier to implement 3G there because in Sri Lanka we have less area to cover -competition might be there but its a different ball game altogether here. Btw, there was this guy called Namal here who was from Sri Lanka. Used to be a regular here. Not sure if he's around these days.

Our operators here are improving and upgrading their networks everyday coz , they're expecting Airtel india here by mid this year.
I was shocked when I heard that Indians dont have 3G. In Sri lanka its becoming a common thing now.
One thing we Sri lankans stay ahead is our mobile communications technology.

Anyway whts the speciality in Airtel in India? Are they cheap or better network?
