hello guys i have a W550i for my friend, the phone not working its just freezing at the black SE logo when u switched it on.
i've tried to update it, but the update service says that the phone has the last software .
and its only giving me back to start button. please help me what i can do???

Use XS++ to flash ur phone's firmware. I had the same problem on a Z550. I flashed it to the latest firmware and it started to work.
