I want to do a master reset .. it then tells me to enter lock code ( Device Lock)

Hmm I never "enabled" or entered device lock. So I dont have a code .. and there is no default code in the manual..

Any hints?

I have an r520 and i have introduced many times a bad pin2 and it had bloked and now it asks 4 puk2. I neither know these codes. Does any1 known the default codes for pin2 and puk2 because it doesnt nothing about this in the manual? Pls help. Thanx This post was posted from a R520

Well pin and puk are sim card dependant. Pin2 code for my network is 1111. Puk is a much longer number. Contact ur network to provide u with those numbers. This post was posted from a T68i
