Hi everyone,
I would like to begin by apologizing to the forum moderators if I'm posting in the wrong part of the forum.
I'll get straight to the point because I don't want to waist anyones time.
1. First, I need help Unlocking My K800i - It currently only accepts Tmobile sims, I'd like to unlock it so it accepts O2 sims also. Can this be done for free?
2. Secondly, this isn't needed, but it would be nice to have the latest firmware, I've even heard some members of the forum speaking of updating the K800i to the K810..
3. Thirdly, Debranding.. if thats possible on the K800i.
Most of you, by now, have probably worked out that I'm a newbie to all this.
My understanding of the terminology may be somewhat minimal, that's why I'm having trouble understanding most of the clear tutorials in the forum.
Can someone please help me.
Can you tell me what firmware version I need? + Specific Download Page Locations, for firmware, software etc.?
I have had no luck in finding the correct firmware due to my poor understanding & my bad luck, as most links I've clicked are broken.
I'm sorry if I've annoyed the experts in the forum, I'm just fed up with pulling out my hair trying to figure out these processes (unlocking/debranding/firmware updating. Its now reached the stage where I had to ask for help.
