Well, I have had four P990i's in my short life (lol) and got the last one on Saturday. Although the firmware was well out of date, I changed the CDA and updated it to Class World 1 and the latest firmware.
What a stunning phone now! Considering this phone is at least two years old, it must have been well ahead of its time then and a shame that it was full of various bugs. Now they have mostly gone or so they appear to have.
This phone pairs easily with my TomTom 720, does the data bit, reads and sends SMS's through the TomTom - not like others that struggle to even pair.
If you are looking for another phone again - and I do all the time - have a thought about this one. For those that know me, it will be available in about a weeks time!!!
