When you access the front speaker test in service menu, is there sound? Mine dosen't have sound in the front, but have in the rear speaker, is this normal?

On my P1i i can hear the sound, so your phone may be defective.
In Service Menu Test, when sound comes from rear speaker, there is an option on screen to switch to your front speaker, tap that button - then you will hear the sound. (Random key pressing sound).

The front speaker test is quite soft. Try putting the phone a bit nearer to your ears. You don't need to put it too near though.
