I downloaded it, but when installing it said there was a previous version to be uninstalled, i checked my add/remove programs and it is not listed, i checked my programs folder and it has some of the files, one being the uninstall file, but this will not run and suggests reinstallation.
Any guesses?

Do you have the old versions set-up launcher still around, on a cd or on the computer?
Is that the case I suggest you reinstall it,reboot,uninstall,reboot,install new version and reboot again.

if there is no seus in add or remove... just make a registry clean ... .probbly the .exe reg key is still around... reboot...and try to install again

i regularly clean the registry, i'll try an install again from cd i suppose, hope this works because i wanted to flash the P1i i'm getting
