Hi guys, currently im using K810i and have been testing out the modding of the camera by you guys.

My question is how do i check whose camera version i have installed in my hp? pressing >*current version says 2.95 but i have install genus 6.0. How come it doesnt reflect 6.0?
How to confirm that the driver i'm using is Genus 6.0??

Thanks and appreciated.

Seems like you've still number1's latest driver installed.

Please check:

*) Did you you use any redirect patch before ?
---> copy camdriver0.dat to /usb/other/se/camera (Explorer)

*) Didn't you use any patch ?
---> copy camdriver0.dat to /ifs/settings/camera (have to use FAR, XS++....)

*) Maybe you have to restart once more.

*) Check the camdriver0.dat file you had copied and search for:
info_name=MCB881;
info_vendor=xxxxx;
info_major_ver=x;
info_minor_ver=xx;

Look at the bold numbers, they should fit to the one shown in the Servicemenu

i'm using setool2lite, just download the zip file and follow Number1 instructions. And i did the same procedure for genus 6.0.

I only tried using the misc box and select the ifs.zip file and then flash.

How to make sure that genus 6.0 overwrites number1 2.95 version?

I only know how to use setool2lite. Please advice.

I have never used setoollite before when moving files.
But OK.

Check if the path in the ifs.zip from genus is the same as in the ifs from number1 !

Also I don't know if setoollite really overwrites the old driver. But as number1 advised it I'm sure it does.
With XS++ you can definitly be sure because it's logged in its output window the path it used to delete the old camdriver0.dat and then copys the new one.
