I have a Sony Ericsson W580i, and am having trouble transferring a video from the phone to the computer.
When used in "print" mode, it won't view the video as anything but a Divx skin with no data.
I have not been able to get "Transfer Mode" to work at all
Under my computer it says that I need to insert a disk into the drive.
Am I going to need to resort to purchasing an M2 memory stick??
I'm using Windows XP, and can not find the suite CD, but could not get it to work.
A tut of some kind would be greatly appreciated.
