> K850 Volume rocker missing

Guys can you help me. When I play music files sometimes the volume controller is gone I literally can't control the volume for music but zooming with the camera and pictures have no problem when I restart the phone I can access it happened to me 3 times already.
Anybody here with k850 have similar experience?

ummm i tried to update but the SEUS.exe forgot the whole file name that i downloaded told me that my K850 is already updated with latest firmware
weird huh?
this is what is written in my software version
1200-4404
R1CA037
071012
any idea? what I can do to resolve this.

Does upgrading to 038 firmware remove this problem. I'm really annoyed when I use media player and camera switch those function really reveals this problem.....
