Could someone please help me out.

I have flashed my phone (w810i) with the firmware R4EA031, but whenever I boot it up and go into phone mode it gives me an error: Configuration error. Please contact your service provider or service center.

Is there anything I can do myself about this problem.

in the first step maybe the seus will help.
otherwise u must re flash your phone.

this means that you havent finalized(customized) your phone.

give a search and you will find

keywords: Configuration error. Please contact your service provider or service center.

just googling it, search how to customize using XS++ and FAR or using XS++ v3.1 Darwin, this need CDA File syncronize with your country.

read this tutorial

download a custom pack for your phone(it is either a zip or jar file), a copy the files to TPA/PRESET/CUSTOM.

I have a uk w880i

i tried to use kkclient (kulankendi), but it failed at the end when i tried putting on 2 files

W880i_R1KG001_FS_CENT_EUROPE_CID52.fsm
and
W880i_R1KG001_MAIN_GENERIC_CID52.min

i dont think it managed to "finalize"

and when i turned the phone on, it says about contacting netowrk provider etc....

so i came across the xs++ software, and i have downloaded the custom pack

i am able to CONNECT holding number c or 2 ... but when i goto FLASH and choose custom w880

i get this...
