I've seen a few scattered posts where people have had problems. I myself have had problems but have been able to resolve them.
Read on if you are having problems...
Do your pictures look blocky?
Thats because the best resolution to use is 170x170px, you can get them from play.com as they are aleady correctly sized. You can drag the picture into your album folder and call it folder.jpg. Or you can drag them into Media Manager.
Are you missing some pictures even though you have saved them in the folder?
This seems like a bug on the phone, for example you have transferred some MP3s to the phone wihtout AlbumArt, sometimes the phone will automatically download them (incorrectly sometimes and the wrong size). You then later add your own picture but the phone does not pick it up.
I think this happens because the phone aleady has scanned the folder(s) its does not know about the JPG. You can fix this by Moving all the MP3s (or just the problem ones) off the phone > Updating Music > Copying them all back > and update again.
