This has been discussed before. Make sure the file size of each logo is less than 2.7KB. Your service provider may allow larger or smaller files than that, so expiriment will file size. You can download logos and themes by directly linking to the .gif, .jpg and .thm files. You just have to make sure the MIME type settings on the server are correct.

It seems like XHTML is best for coding pages for the T68 because you can use color images.
