anyone have the s5ooi? my buttons are splitting down the middle i'm taken it back sat to get a new one

That is a common problem with the S500/W580.

afaik the problem hs be resolved! had my s500 for a few weeks now, build week 50..... done quite a bit of texting, buttons still fine!

you can get a replacement pad, easy to replace yourself. i think its around $10 US. it's really nice, got a silver one myself

Had mine for 3 days now and have sent 200 texts. No cracks so far. Build date is 08W02. Keypads are silver with copper sections to seperate the buttons from each other.
The keys do seem to rock quite a bit though
