great, they never told me that video will be out of sync with the music by 5 bloody seconds...i tried all software and all conversion options trust me...this is absolute horse-sht im taking it back right away...i hope sony feel happy they made a lot of money selling this junk that doesnt work properly
add: I am now awaiting the final decision from small claims court, trying to get all my money back
this phone has made my life a living nightmare and I will not let the crooks at Sony and Orange get away with this...

I'd recommend you to have a look at the W910 firmware thread and notice that this is a bug with a few codecs and not happening on all videos. This is as said, a bug that will be fixed in probably the upcoming firmware to be released in a week's time.

well video is kind of a big deal, why release something when it doesnt even work? its not that hard to get a video player to run, all my friends old phones run the video in sync and much smoother, these are like phones from last year

try to lower the video and audio bitrate.
video = 320kbps
audio = 80
framerate = 25-30fps

@jpixels
Yes, I have been playing lots of MP4-videos on my K850 and W910. It's all about encoding, and it appears you're doing something terribly wrong.

@jpixels
I seriously suggest u think about selling the w910,It has many problems.And is seriously overpriced product.Why should u wait for firmware for so long.the same problem even exist in k850.Consider buying N95 8gb which can play movies of vga resolutions at 30 fps effortlessly.It has got brilliant 2.8inch 16mln screen.And it has also got real player,divx players and unlimted options for playing various videos with ease.

@itouch
why the N95 8gb, it costs nearly twice the W910i, suggest something in the same price range
