y my T68i does not have File Transfer service??

What do you want to transfer, u can transfer;
sounds,
pics(inc animated),
phone book,
notes,
calender apps,
business cards,
All to & from phone/pc,you can,
set as a Bluetooth dial up modem,
play games,
even control your pc with available software
And you can syncronize via Bluetooth.
