does anyone know how should i make a theme?for example W700
does it need programming?

i have seen some softwares but i want to learn how to make them with out software.

Just download the official Sony Ericsson Theme Creator.

All you need to do then is use an image editing application to create the theme backgrounds and use this software to put it all together.
