I am on my third Sony Ericsson K850i due to the "Operation Failed" problem... I have been getting the same error with my current phone and have been advised by Vodafone that there was a batch of phones with a software glitch and they are replacing all faulty ones (I have been through 2 so far and on my third but still have the same rror, although not as often...)
The problem I need advice on is I have downloaded the SEUS application, but when I run it, it comes up with the following error as it's loading:
"Fatal Error - Failed to read the language text file using the information in the properties file. Please reinstall the application".
I have reinstalled, restarted my PC and even tried it in German to see if it was an "English" issue, but all have come up with the same error....
Any idea what I can do to fix this?
Any help is greatly appreciated!
