Hello I decided to update my K850i following O2 advise via the sony ericsson site
I downloaded the update service app, installed it and went through the options to update, my phone started to update then reached 72% and an error message came up saying
Error: update failed
Please disconnect phone and try again
Everytime I try it I now get the same message, also my phone wont turn on,
IS THERE ANYWAY TO FIX THIS
ANY HELP GREATLY APPRECIATED

SEUS screwed mine up with the last update from them, had to spend the money with Davinci Team to revive it.
Good Luck...

Have to buy credits I think it's $15 for United States currency, you would connect the phone via usb data cable just as you do for the sony application(by holding the "C" button and plugging the phone in) and use their client to flash it. Just make sure you have the correct version for your phone. Mine was unbranded and unlocked so I was able to use a generic version.
