How to copy songs from ipod to Pc(only for windows)

Hi, jiet, you seem to be an expert on this topic.
I have a question.
I bought an iPod weeks ago, and would like to put some wonderful videos in it. I searched on google to find some such " video to iPod converter" tools. I tried some but all of them disappointed me. I would like here to ask you if you can recommend me some such software?
