K810_R8BA024_MAIN_GENERIC_SM_RED52
K810_R8BA024_FS_EUROPE_2_RED52
HB1_06_Gen_CDA102568_4_R8A_GENERIC_MEDITERR

I've tried to go back to k800...worked...but still no sound in the earphone. Now I'm back to k810...and clueless...

Sounds more like a hardware problem, something unconnected with the flashing. If you feel confident enough to do it, take the phone apart and see if the contact prongs on the speaker (it's in the front housing) and in the right position, and give everything a clean, get rid of any dust etc. that may have accumulated.

If that doesn't fix it, replacement ear speakers are only a couple of quid off Ebay

Sammy_boy, the thing is that there is a little bit of sound, but not enough for a normal conversation...i've done the test of the earphone (in the "secret menu" ) and there is a little bit of sound...but very weak. I'm not sure (yet) that I want to open myself the phone and clean it...

well, we're humans and we can make mistakes, cant we?

i think you will have to take your phone apart as when you flashed your phone back with the k800, the sound didnt work.
