> Any Solution for 'operation failed' on K850i ?

has anyone found a solution for the 'operation failed' message whenever you try to open a game or application file on the K850i,
Phone only 6 week old but T-Mobile want to send it away for 28 days which i would like to avoid if i can but i have searched all the posts on here about this and plenty of people have had the problem but no-one seems to have come up with an answer.
Have tried SEUS but it wont recognise the phone as it is and havent a clue were to start with Davinci or whether it will work anyway.
Master and Settings reset doesnt fix it either.
Any help or advice much appreciated.

but where can i get the reflashing software from and prefebaly free, leave link if possible

I dont think so DB3150 ie the K850i and W910i can be flashed for free.
