Can anyone tell me if the W580i is any good. Whats the reliability like i heard about problems with cracked keys also what build quailty like too. Is it a good buy as i like the look of it and am bored of my current phone want something new. Has the cracked keys thing been delt with and if so whats the latest firmware where it wont happen.

The phone is good. Nice bright screen. Sharp and you can use flash themes. The music player is excellent. Bluetooth almost flawless. It has edge and is a nice slider for a midrange phone.
Call quality is good. Speaker not so good. You get over the flashing lights pretty quick but fun to have.
I didnt like the port/charger on the right hand side of the phone. Not compatible with some se products that use phones with the port on the bottom. No issues with cracked keys over here. Has bluetooth pan profile which i find useful.
