I cant turn 3G off!!! When i do it in the next 5 mins it comes back again.. What should i dooo??????? help...

Yeah u r right... Its a k850i and it was locked on 3 UK. However i unlocked it and now am in cyprus...When i try to turn 3G off to save power, it just dissapears and in the next 5 mins is back... But when i put a 3 sim card(pay as you go) the 3G i gone... I dunno what to do...
