> busted K810 and replacement samsung j600

my K810 is busted at work it did fall 120m down on the concrete
so my phone is total loss no for the moment I have my sisters samsung J600 but this phone isn't that good when its in my pocket and someone calls me I don't hear it and the speaker volume is on it's highest level and that's 7
does anyone know if this is normal or is there something wrong with the phone?
ps what's a good replacement for my K810 but no K850 don't like the looks of it does someone have any advice

if you don't really care about camera, why don't you go for w910? overall specs are similar to k850
